What we collect

When you request a pilot or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, business, supplier category, territory and message. We also keep subscription status and report-delivery records. If you arrive through a campaign link, we retain its source, medium, campaign and content labels with your request to measure which campaigns lead to requests and first payments. We do not collect advertising click identifiers. We do not collect card or bank details on this website; Stripe handles payments on its own pages.

How information is used

We use this information to assess coverage, respond to your request, manage an activated membership, send requested reports and maintain the service. A pilot request does not start a paid subscription. We do not sell your signup information as restaurant leads.

Service providers

The site uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and data storage. When connected, Stripe processes payments and Resend sends service emails. Each provider also has its own privacy terms. The owner uses the private workspace to manage requests.

Public business records

Reports use publicly available business/facility records with source links. We exclude personal mailing addresses and applicant contact details from the automated report feed. A listed business may request a correction through our contact form.

Retention and choices

We keep request and customer information for service administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can request access, correction or deletion using Contact; retention required for accounting or dispute handling may limit deletion. Report emails include a delivery opt-out. Opting out of email does not itself cancel billing; use the Stripe customer portal or contact us to cancel.

Security and cookies

Owner access requires sign-in and server authorization. Integration credentials are encrypted before database storage. Authentication and infrastructure may use essential cookies. We temporarily keep campaign labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes, then save them with a submitted request. We do not install third-party advertising trackers or use remarketing cookies.
